I have two that I go back and forth between... YES - WSU certainly seems to need a new password more than any other case sensitive website I've ever seen. Ridiculous.

Nope, just once a year.
it is annoying. i keep the same one all the time, i just alternate capitalizing the first letter, then the second letter and back and forth.
